So I'm a therapist and I'm also a teacher. I have effectively learned from Indigenous (from within) thought, Hawaiian spiritual culture and modern day traumas and I have enabled only the positive traits to remain.

I am creating resources for the entire world to read, watch and learn from only focussing on building a strong and solid foundation on which a person can build a joyful and stable life.

I practice every part of what I teach.

My therapy practice is nothing like anything I have ever heard of. I am a created empath via a narcissist single parent. I am able to read subtle energy which is created by the mind and heart energy centres of the human body. You don't have to cry in my sessions, because I can feel the first spike on the chart, as if I were a lie detector machine. You and I go hunting for the same frequency which matches your problem. I find it. I understand it and its connections to your life today. Then I show it to you. In that moment you rewire you previous learned brain pattern. This is healing. I wanted to find out why I just could not say "No" to certain things. It has been a problem for a very long time in my life. It was ruining my life more and more. I thought I would just do the one session to see if what JoannaRuth says she does is true. I was expecting I would need more sessions to get this problem sorted.

I'm so pleased. I have only needed the one session. I feel much more confident in myself. I'm easily saying No now, and its exactly what I wanted. I don't have any pressure now, when I want to say No, I just say no.
