Essentially I'm looking for the moment in your personal history which implanted what I like to call a frequency magnet. This frequency magnet keeps attracting opportunities for you to experience something which more than likely you don't want in your life anymore, yet it seems to be all you can see. 

When I ask "What is being the problem for you?"

Many people will tell me what is happening today. I hear their words, their meanings, and I also hear their voice tones. These tones are a guide to me. I hear them all the time in life, but I don't tell people because it is unsettling for them. They are very subtle frequencies, a bit like a lie-detector uses, and most people don't pick them up. I am able to feel where there is an discrepancy between the words and meaning given with awareness and what the body is trying to say. The body is always incredibly honest. If you know how to listen to it, you'll very rarely be fooled. It usually only happens to me if the person is trying to change their body posture on purpose. But then I can sense that too and I always wonder why they're doing that.

The problem of today, is always linked to a problem created previously. The hard part for people in the process of healing is locating this original problem which is coming up again and again in different forms. It is the frequency magnet reminding the awareness that it is still stuck in the energetic body. 

To be completely honest, the healing happens in less than a moment. It is a moment of realisation. And I do beleive it is possible for people to learn how to do this for themselves. The only problem with that is, while you're learning how to do it, you are using your own frequency magnets o practice, and you will have disappeared them all, by the time you are fully practiced. So in my thoughts, there are two kinds of people. There are the teachers and facilitators, who need to go through the process very slowly and painstakingly. And there are the rest. The rest of the people just need to have it done, guided, quickly. Months instead of years. I never would have started if I knew it would take 18 years. 18 months was what I was prepared to commit to. I had no other option, I am supposed to teach and practice this. You however may just need to step into life as a free person, and demonstrate for others what Joy looks like, what freedom of mind truly feels like. 

I wanted to find out why I just could not say "No" to certain things. It has been a problem for a very long time in my life. It was ruining my life more and more. I thought I would just do the one session to see if what JoannaRuth says she does is true. I was expecting I would need more sessions to get this problem sorted.

I'm so pleased. I have only needed the one session. I feel much more confident in myself. I'm easily saying No now, and its exactly what I wanted. I don't have any pressure now, when I want to say No, I just say no.
